Why Public Relations?

 

I have always loved the challenge of thinking critically, solving problems, and seeing solutions come to frutition. I discovered my passion for public relations in highschool and continued to grow my love of it in college where I picked up various internships, jobs, and a PR minor along with my BFA degree. I always tell people I think having a degree in theatre and public relations work together beautifully for my intents and purposes, because my goal is to use my skills in the entertainment field, helping to get artistist and their projects the recognition they deserve. In a city filled with thousands of theatre makers, each one should have the tools to get their name out there and share the message of their art in meaningful, impactful ways.

My extensive knowledge of the theatre and public relations industry make me and ideal candidate to partner with theatre makers around the city, and I am always looking to take one new and exciting works- whatever the scale.
